How To Set Up Your New TV
A step-by-step guide to happy viewing!
We know you must be really excited to get your TV up and running, which is why there’s just 10 easy steps to follow to get things up and running:
When you see the blue installation screen press the right arrow on your remote.
Select your language and press the right arrow.
Select your country of origin and press the right arrow.
Select your time zone and press the right arrow.
When prompted, connect to your Wi-Fi network using your own Wi-Fi credentials and then press ‘Next’.
When prompted, input your customer 8-digit ID (found in any email we send you) and then press ‘Register TV’.
Enter a new and unique memorable 4-digit ID and press ‘Set Pin’.
Then confirm your selected 4-digit pin.
Select home location.
Select start launcher.
That’s it! You now have access to a number of popular applications including the hiya! app, where you can view and manage your account information.
