After delivery, we’ll provide free service and repairs for as long as you rent from us*. We offer this service to our customers nationwide so someone will always be on hand to help if your TV, device or appliance stops working.

We have tech and service support resources to help you solve issues quickly and return to enjoying your product. If there’s something wrong, please have a read through these resources as there might be a quick fix to your issue. These resources are really helpful if something isn’t quite right – often fixing the problem without an engineer having to pay a visit.

*Accidental damage may accrue a nominal fee, dependent on how long you have been a hiya! customer. However, if your TV or other product breaks at no fault to you, then no fee will be due.

If you are still having problems, our friendly team are on hand to answer any questions. They can also arrange for someone to fix your tech as soon as possible whenever a fault appears, and if we aren’t able to fix the problem, we’ll simply replace the tech for you. We want to make our pay per week TV and tech rentals service as easy as possible.

We aim to respond to queries as quickly as possible and our friendly team will always try and help resolve any issues. If you’re experiencing technical issues, try to give us as much information as possible – including photos or videos of the issue you’re having – so we can help you in the best way.
